So, I started a Primal Lifestyle on February 1, 2012. Today is the 3 month point and I have never felt better. I wanted to create a place where I can cronicle my recipes & thoughts about the lifestyle. I am also on day 2 of INSANITY!!! What a crazy hard workout!
The Primal or Paleo lifestyle is eating NO processed foods, no grains, no wheat, and no dairy! Pretty much sticking to Meat, Fruit, Veggies, and some nuts.
I have to recommend Mark Sisson's Primal Blueprint as a guidebook if you want to try a holistic healthy lifestyle. In addition to eating pure, clean foods, Mark talks about exercising and getting the right amount of sleep. And that you need to try your best, striving to eat primally 80% of the time.
